Registration forms are available on-line.  You can download, fill out, and send in your registration forms to the address found on the form.  We have posted the front of the form and the back of the form, which lists hotels, camping information, and contacts in a PDF format.  WHEN YOU REGISTER, BE SURE AND FILL OUT THE "CLUB AFFILIATION" PORTION OF THE FORM SO THAT WE CAN TRACK YOUR CLUB FOR THE DUCK CHALLENGE!!!
